I'm Haley, a marketing leader who thinks about growth differently.

I think about marketing as a system: how brand, product, and performance work together to drive revenue. When those pieces are aligned, growth compounds. When they're not, teams waste time, money, and momentum.

I came up through community organizing and solopreneurship before moving into executive leadership, which shaped how I see the work. Marketing isn't just messaging or channels. It's how a company earns trust, builds belonging, and creates demand in the real world.

Over the past 15+ years, I've supported, built and scaled growth engines for mission-driven companies, often in complex, high-trust environments like healthcare. At FOLX Health, I've led marketing through rapid growth, business model shifts, and regulatory constraints while improving efficiency and expanding into new audiences and revenue streams.

My approach is equal parts creative and operational:

  • Turning messy, underperforming systems into clear growth engines
  • Building brands that people actually trust, and choose
  • Creating lean, high-output teams that punch above their weight
  • Bringing rigor and creativity into the same room, and making both better

Right now, I'm especially interested in how AI and automation are reshaping marketing, both compressing execution and raising the bar for strategy.
